Overview

The Datavideo DN-60 is a portable solid-state recorder designed to capture digital video directly from compatible cameras via IEEE 1394 / FireWire, eliminating the need to record exclusively to tape.

Footage is recorded directly to CompactFlash media, allowing files to be transferred quickly to a computer for editing. Particularly useful with classic professional MiniDV and HDV camcorders where a tapeless workflow is preferred.
